Once the all details are set and your place an order we’ll paint sample miniature for you.
You can request revisions for free.
If something isn’t exactly as you wanted we’ll repaint it free of charge. We’ll send you miniatures only if you like the result.
You can send us broken miniatures and we’ll fix them for free.
If any miniature made by us break in any circumstances you can send it and we’ll fix it for you. There is no time limit and no charge.
