If you aren’t our client and you would like to place an order please read this section first, it should make our cooperation much easier. We hope that this page will provide you with all necessary information. Although if you have any questions, feel free to contact us for an answer.

Our main product is a painting service for armies. We can paint any army for any system currently available on market. Our offer is created for players interested in high quality.
All photos available on our site shows miniatures painted by us and you can expect same results on your miniatures. We won’t sell you service below the quality presented on our page. Although we’re flexible and we’re constantly trying to provide the best services to our customers.
If you aren’t playing and/or you’re expecting something different just let us know. We have experience in painting miniatures for shop showcases and manufacturer’s catalogs.
You can use our shop to purchase desired miniatures.
If you can’t find your system in our shop please, send us an email at email@example.com. Make sure it includes the name of the system/army that you’re interested in. We’ll provide you with a pricing spreadsheet for specific army or armies
If it’s possible we’ll process orders through our shop if not we’ll process it through email.
Outside the online store, we’re accepting PayPal only. Our PayPal account is: firstname.lastname@example.org
We’ll send miniatures only to customer that completely paid for commission. If you aren’t sure that you’ll be able to pay for commission after the job is done, don’t place an order.
We don’t accept returns. We can apply changes or repair damages, but we don’t make money refunds. If you decide to cancel or abandon commission, we can’t provide you with a return.
The initial deposit is not refundable, however, if you contact us within the first 7 days after placing an order we usually can make an exception. We can also send you back miniatures that you bought for you provided that we haven’t started working on them.
By abandoned order, we’ll consider these cases when there’s no contact with the client over 30 days. We can always work out an agreement but we won’t wait forever.
We use only courier shipping. Currently, we’re working with UPS, which handles our worldwide shipments.
Handling takes us 48h. We’ll send you miniatures in our own package.
Please don’t send us miniatures in army cases. Foams are fine. Shipping usually takes from 7 -14 days, depending on where do you live.
Only cost we won’t cover is import taxes from you country. It’s impossible to know every possible import tax from every country. We aren’t responsible for this kind of cost.
Although, if you are from EU you won’t face any of those costs. In other cases, it mostly applies to larger shipments, but again it’s hard to tell.
We’re using strong card boxes, a lot of bubble wrap, and tissues. All models are separated from each other in some cases we’ll put additional smaller boxes in the main box. In some cases, we’ll send troublesome models in a few separate, easy to assemble pieces. Every box will be sealed with packing tape and covered in packing paper. When you receive the parcel, please make sure that the parcel is still sealed.
If it’s possible we’ll process order through our shop if not we’ll process it through email.
When we establish all commission details, you’ll receive the invoice, please make sure it includes all items you ordered. When the commission is done you’ll receive a second invoice via PayPal.
Of course, to complete your commission we’ll need models. There are two options in this case. You can send us miniatures, in this option you’ll need to cover the shipping cost.

When we receive them we’ll send you an email with confirmation.
We can also buy miniatures for you. We’ll just add price of models to your invoice and you’ll pay it with deposit. We’re using regular Privateer Press, Games Workshop and Corvous Belli prices. There aren’t additional shipping costs. When we buy them we’ll send you email with confirmation.
Usually, it takes 3-4 weeks to paint 50 points Warmachine/Hordes roster or 1500 points WH 40k roster. However, the most important factor is our backlog. Often we’ll need time to finish ongoing orders before we start yours.
Of course, every commission is different and delays can occur. If you need your, models, before an important tournament please let us know about it, we’ll do everything to match your exceptions.
We can’t take responsibility for a shipping company, so be prepared for delays. Also, in this case, there wasn’t a single case with a major delay in our painting career but we want to cover all possibilities.
