What was the obstacle that would have prevented you from buying our service?

Nothing really. Everything was very clearly laid out from the beginning: I knew the price upfront (I used your shopify frontend), I knew what quality to expect based on numerous photographs on the website.

What did you find as a result of buying our service?

I've had no epiphanies :)

What specific feature did you like most about our service?

Professionalism - All terms of service, pricing and product were clearly laid out. And the final delivery matched the expectations.

What would be three other benefits about our service?

1) End-to-end service - Everything was included in the package: buying models, clean-up and assembly, painting, basing and shipping. No surprises or cut corners.
2) Clear communication - All my questions were answered promptly and professionally.
3) High quality - You are a "premium" service in terms of pricing, but the level quality justifies the price. Each individual model, even standard grunt infantry, was treated with care and attention to detail.

Would you recommend this service? If so, why?

Yes, I would recommend it to anyone who wants a high quality paintjob with no fuss.

I don't really see any obstacle.

The result was excellent and beyond to be honest. I really think the models came out better than i had imagined them to be and you really managed to make the idea come to life.

Communication. I got answers when i asked questions during the wait time.

Cost, easy to use and definitely quality of your work.

Yes I would and have done so. And I think at least for me the best selling point is time and results ( i could not paint the models to your standards even if i had time to do it)

The only obstacle for me was that your studio is located in Poland, and I live in the United States.

Jolly Roger Studio is one of the highest quality painting studios in the world. I am 100% satisfied with the work they did. They were very involved at each step in the process -- asking for my ideas and providing WiP pictures at each stage. I cannot recommend them enough!

What specific feature did you like most about our service?

Being able to choose from different painting levels was very nice, and I'm glad that is offered.

What would be three other benefits about our service?

1. Fantastic customer service.
2. Extremely high level of painting
3. Jolly Roger Studio offers conversion services as well as custom basing!

150% yes, please get your entire army painted by Jolly Roger Studio. I placed my order back in August of '16. Every step of the way I received WiP photos of my army, and I was able to provide feedback on the direction they were going. Once the army was complete, payment was simple to do via PayPal. There was a long shipping delay (2.5 months) between when the studio shipped my models and when I received them -- this was not Jolly Roger Studio's fault though. They did everything they could to help, including contacting Polish customs, USPS, etc. They even offered to re-paint my entire army if for some reason the package didn't make it to me. The package did arrive eventually, and I am so happy with my purchase!

Thank you so much for all of the hard work! I am overjoyed with the quality of my army, and I will be telling everyone I know that's looking for professional quality painters to contact your studio. Thanks again! :)

These guys are awesome! The Trollblood War Wagon is mine. They are priced great, especially given the quality of their work.

Also, very easy to work with, they keep you updated and get your approval on the what's being done through out the whole process. As soon as Dozer and Smigg come out, I plan to send a wave of models their way for more paint.

Well painted and on theme.

I would have preferred to have the scenic base remain a part of the finished model, but I didn't communicate that well so that's as much my own fault.

I could not be happier with JRS. They are currently painting the last bit of my Skorne commission and I am incredibly happy with the work they have done so far. Not only are they amazing painters, but their customer service is top notch as well.

They have kept me informed throughout the whole process and have answered any and all questions I've had.

I would highly recommend these guys if are looking for beautifully painted models and outstanding customer service.

That the models are very fine quality and enjoy how detail even the standard level models are painted.

The cost! I would have liked to have faster feed back from emails though.

The cost, the quality, and also other players comments over the models.

I recommend the service all the time for those who are uninterested in the hobby side of models, or don't have the time to paint, or who want a high quality paint job for a fair price.

Is there any thing you’d like to add?

If there was a way to get photos of the model process and progress would be great. Also what colors are used. This would help players match the scheme themselves if they plan to create fill in pieces.
